Hypnotherapy

RTT® is a hypnotherapy practice created by Marisa Peer and is unlike other therapy as it helps clients to achieve results in 1–3 sessions. The Stevie-award-winning programme uses the most beneficial elements of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and Neuroscience.

Whilst in hypnosis the root cause of your issue is discovered. Hypnosis is extremely powerful because it works with the subconscious mind, where your beliefs, memories and habits are stored. To be able to release any unwanted beliefs, we need to make new suggestions to the subconscious mind. Often after a single session, clients are able to let go of negative self-beliefs hidden deep in their subconscious, enabling them to live their best lives.

An RTT session begins with hypnosis, which puts you in a relaxed state. Whilst in hypnosis, you will be regressed back to discovering the root cause of the problem and our therapist will help you to reprogramme your brain to eliminate limiting beliefs. She will also make a transformation recording for you to listen to at home for 21 days.
