Please note that cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged at 50% of your treatment cost.
On your first visit to Equilibrium you will be asked to complete a consultation form. The information contained within that will be confidential between you and your therapist, but is essential for both parties.
For all lash and brow treatments a patch test is required up to 48 hours in advance. You will also be asked to complete a short medical questionnaire.
